In this version of the game she still didn't have the fireball technique, but in my opinion she doesn't need that, Chun Li is a very complete character, use the jump on the wall and the grabs in the air to try to corner your opponent to use the Lightning Kick, and remenber that the Spinning Bird Kick can dodge fireballs.
SPECIAL MOVES:
Lightning Kick: any Kick button; repeatedly
Spinning Bird Kick: (charge 2sec.) Down, Up + any Kick button
OTHER MOVES:
Upper Kick: (in the air) Down + middle kick button (3x)
Throw in the air:
down forward + middle punch
down back + middle punch
Jump on the wall: press back against the wall
