About the Game
The game has a frontal camera angle, which adjusts as the player moves, typical of PS1 games, there is also a first-person camera angle, used to throw webs.
We can choose between story mode and training mode, which contains some challenges to perfect the game's various techniques. The only thing missing is a tutorial, something that would only appear in Spider-Man 2 (PS1).
The fighting system is very complete, 2 or 3 hit combos that can combine punches, kicks with web attacks, (the combinations are listed here, links below).
We can throw objects at our enemies and many people don't know, but there are also grappling techniques, a perfect way to take down the enemy using stealth.
There are several web attacks, which can pull enemies to the left, right or towards you. The webs can also be used on other gadgets such as boxing gloves, exploding web cocoons and even web ball shots, a true arsenal of webs for our friendly neighborhood.
There are several enemies in the game, most of them are the same as those we see in the Spider-Man comics, although there are some exclusive to this game, human enemies, monsters, supervillains and even some laser machines.
